Running is easier with a coach! Whether you’re looking to return to running after a break – be it from a baby, injury, or loss of motivation – or you are just getting started, we can help.

 

Run Better: Our running coaches have decades of experience and can make your running easier and better with their expertise.  Learn how to run efficiently, improve your form, fit it into your life and train for your goal, whatever it may be.

Inside Knowledge: Let us be your guide on everything from how to get into the Marine Corps Marathon to navigating the maze of shoe and equipment options.

Training Programs: Whether you are a beginner, experienced beginner, or already a runner looking to improve your time or meet that goal our coaches can help you achieve it!

At ArCTIC, we specialize in the following areas:

  • Providing beginner to 3-mile training plans
  • Teaching clients how to run
  • Providing one-on-one private coaching
  • Providing guidance, motivation, and running tips
  • Providing guidance on proper equipment
  • Providing specific running training plans for race time goals (e.g. Cherry Blossom 10-Mile Run, Rock ‘n’ Roll Half Marathon, Army Ten-Miler, Marine Corps Marathon, Boston Marathon)

RUNNING JUMP START [$129]
This program is designed to jump start your running program. This package includes:

  • 3-week online training plan
  • Initial interview with your personal coach to establish goals
  • Weekly check-in with your personal coach either by phone or e-mail

ONLINE COACHING [$149]
This program is designed to get you started with a running program while allowing you the flexibility of completely running on your own. This package includes:

  • 8-week online training program
  • Initial interview with your personal coach to establish goals
  • Weekly check-in with your personal coach either by phone or e-mail

INDIVIDUAL COACHING [$299]
This program is designed to keep you motivated with one-on-one weekly training with your coach. This package includes:

  • 8-week online training program
  • Initial interview with your personal coach to establish goals
  • Weekly one-hour, one-on-one coaching sessions with your personal coach
  • ArCTIC Tervis Cup

COACHING PERFORMANCE PACKAGE [$349]
This program is designed to start you on the path to meeting your performance goals with regular metrics, in addition to a training plan and one-on-one coaching. This package includes:

  • 8-week online training plan
  • Initial interview with your personal coach to establish goals
  • Initial fitness assessment with FitQuest Test and Functional Movement Screen with corrective exercises to improve your run efficiency and finishing times
  • Weekly one-hour, one-on-one coaching sessions with your personal coach
  • Follow-up fitness assessments with corrective exercises at weeks 3 and 8
  • ArCTIC Tervis Cup

MARATHON PERFORMANCE PACKAGE [$599]
This program is designed to enable you to complete a marathon distance with regular metrics in addition to a training plan and one-on-one coaching. This package includes:

  • 15-week online training plan
  • Initial interview with your personal coach to establish goals
  • Initial fitness assessment with FitQuest Test and Functional Movement Screen with corrective exercises to help you improve your overall fitness and functional movement
  • Weekly one-hour, one-on-one coaching sessions with your personal coach
  • Follow-up fitness assessments with corrective exercises at weeks 7 and 15
  • ArCTIC Tervis Cup
