Small-Group Fitness

Keep checking here regularly as we add more small-group fitness classes to help you get stronger, more flexible and balanced. Our classes will never have more than 12 participants to ensure that you receive individual attention to focus on form and function.

Balanced Body is a yoga class designed with your specific conditions or injuries in mind. In this class you will increase overall flexibility and build strength in muscles that support your joints and spine. We move through a slow flow of yoga poses. This class is perfect for someone who has never done yoga before or who needs a slower paced, gentler yoga class. This class is offered:

Build strength, endurance and lean muscle mass in a small group environment led by a certified personal trainer. Circuits vary in each class so you and your muscles never get bored. This class is offered:


Indoor rowing is one the most efficient exercises you can do. It’s an intense cardio workout that hits every major muscle group, all in one low-impact package. Combine rowing with high intensity (HIIT) kettlebell and core exercises you will burn major calories and build lean muscle mass. This class is offered:


This class is for all levels and will challenge you to new levels of strength using the TRX Suspension Trainer and your own body weight. Consisting of multiple sets of high-tension loads in this time-based workout that develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.
