Small-Group Fitness Classes cost $30 per class. Save money by purchasing a package or subscription:

Balanced Body [Fridays at 5:30 PM]
Balanced Body is a yoga class designed with your specific conditions or injuries in mind. In this class you will increase overall flexibility and build strength in muscles that support your joints and spine. We move through a slow flow of yoga poses. This class is perfect for someone who has never done yoga before or who needs a slower paced, gentler yoga class.

Beginner TRX [Saturdays at 9:00 AM]
Always wanted to know what an active plank looks and feels like?
This class is designed for the beginner participant that wants a basic understanding of the TRX Suspension Trainer.  Still focusing on sets of exercises that target different muscle groups using your own body weight, we make sure you walk away feeling confident, knowledgeable, and strong.

Circuit [Mondays & Wednesdays at 10:30 AM]
Build strength, endurance and lean muscle mass in a small group environment led by a certified personal trainer. Circuits vary in each class so you and your muscles never get bored.

TRX [Tuesdays at 6:00 PM & Wednesdays at 6:00 AM]
This class will challenge you to new levels of strength using the TRX Suspension Trainer and your own body weight. Consisting of multiple sets of high-tension loads in this time-based workout that develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. Be prepared to have fun working out in a small group setting while receiving the attention of personal training.
