In-Person Small-Group Fitness Classes at ARCTIC will never have more than 12 participants so that you to receive individual attention to focus on form. In addition, you will get stronger, more flexible and balanced.

Small-Group Fitness Classes cost $30 per class. Purchase a package or subscription to save money:
- 4 Group Class Package: $110 expires after 60 days ($27.50 per class)
- 8 Group Class Package: $200 expires after 90 days ($25.00 per class)
- 4 Group Class Subscription: $99 per month auto renews with 3-month commitment ($24.75 per class)
- 8 Group Class Subscription: $180 per month auto renews with 3-month commitment ($22.50 per class)

VIRTUAL BALANCED BODY YOGA
Balanced Body is a yoga class designed with your specific conditions or injuries in mind. In this class you will increase overall flexibility and build strength in muscles that support your joints and spine. We move through a slow flow of yoga poses. This class is perfect for someone who has never done yoga before or who needs a slower paced, gentler yoga class.
Yoga equipment needed: yoga mat, water, towel, block (or block substitute such as Clorox Wipe container)
VIRTUAL TRX
This class is for all levels and will challenge you to new levels of strength using the TRX® Suspension Trainer™ and your own body weight. As a result, you will develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. If you do not own a TRX® Suspension Trainer™, we have a limited supply to lend.
TRX equipment needed: TRX® Suspension Trainer™, mat or towel if on non-carpeted floor, water
VIRTUAL CIRCUIT
You will build strength, endurance and lean muscle mass in this class. Circuits vary in each class so you and your muscles never get bored.
