We are excited to announce that we can now send payment requests using a secure link via text message. We hope this makes paying your balance easy and convenient.
What does this mean for you?
- These payment request messages will come from our regular office number so if you haven’t already, we recommend saving 703-465-1213 to your contacts!
- We have teamed up with a trusted third party to ensure the payment process is secure. You will be able to pay using a credit, debit, HSA and FSA card.
- Don’t worry! Just because we are offering this new option to pay your bill, it doesn’t mean we are discontinuing our existing options.
- Here is how it works:
- Open the link included in the body of the text message we send you.
Note: The link expires after 7 days.
- You will then be sent a PIN/Access Code.
Note: The PIN/Access Code expires after 24 hours.
- Using the PIN/Access Code, you can conveniently and immediately make your payment.
Note: If it expires, you can request another PIN/Access Code during the 7 days the link is active.
