Massage Therapist
Ready to join a truly integrative practice, where wellness, health, fitness and recovery are equally important? Are you an anatomy nerd who is eager to deepen your clinical-assessment skills? Are you dedicated to treating not only WHERE clients hurt but WHY they hurt?

If you’re nodding your head, then start getting your resume ready to send to Arlington’s Coaching-Training and Injury Center (ArCTIC). We’re a team of chiropractors, fitness instructors, dietitians, coaches and massage therapists. Conveniently located in the Courthouse neighborhood of Arlington, VA, we have room to add to our team of massage therapists. This job is perfect for recent graduates and new practitioners who want to be immersed in a clinical setting. Our massage therapists work as independent contractors and dictate their own treatment plans, however, frequently coordinate care with clients who also see the doctors and other practitioners. This is truly a team effort.

Applicant requirements:

  • Recent graduate of an accredited massage therapy training program or a therapist with at least one year working in the field
  • Licensed by the Virginia Board of Nursing
  • Professional Liability Insurance
  • Available for a minimum of four shifts per week.

Patient Relationship Manager
We are seeking a long-term, highly organized, Patient Relationship manager to join our well established Chiropractic and Sports Medicine practice in Arlington, VA.   Candidates should be compassionate, personable, punctual, professional, and self-motivated. In addition, the ability to multi-task and be multi-dimensional while maintaining a positive attitude is a must. The primary job responsibilities include the following: meeting, greeting, and checking patients in and out in a professional and friendly manner; answering telephone inquiries and scheduling patients’ appointments; preparing daily patient charts and fee slips; collecting patient payments; entering daily charges; verifying insurance benefits and presenting treatment plans; maintaining an inventory of supplies and an orderly reception area; supporting fellow staff members in assigned tasks as necessary.   Candidates must possess excellent telephone etiquette.  Patient administration requires strong computer skills and the ability to navigate office software.
